To arrange an order slot, please complete the booking form below, including any special requests or specific event dates your keepsake is required by. 

The ordering process :

We will endeavour to reply to your request within 48 hours. Once your order request is received, you will be contacted via email to confirm the next available order slot and any specific details.   A non-refundable deposit of £10 is then required to secure your order slot, which is payable via PayPal (Goods & Services) to melbambra@yahoo.co.uk or by bank transfer to 11-10-41  16087363.

You then bag up your item and post to: Baileys Keepsakes, Browbank, 10 West End, Hunwick, County Durham, DL15 0LH, using a reliable tracked service/courier for any special or sentimental items.

All items must be washed and as free from animal hair as possible, although we know you will want to retain the original state of rugs etc. hair and dirt can damage our machines.  Any items which are deemed too soiled to work with may be returned or sent to a local rug wash by ourselves at the customers cost.

As our keepsakes are carefully hand crafted,  the average make-up time is around 10 days and your items of horse wear/clothing/bedding etc must arrive with us no later than 1 week prior to your order slot.  At busy times our order book waiting list can be up to 6 weeks, so please factor this into the lead time to avoid missing a special date.

Throughout the making process we will keep you updated on progress and send you a picture of your completed keepsake to confirm you are happy with it before we post it back to you.   Payment of full balance is required within 24 hours of completion.  Orders will then be despatched using Royal Mail Tracked48 service.  Alternative couriers are available on request.

Leftover material from horse wear, rugs or rosettes will not be returned unless specifically requested, whereby a postal surcharge will be applied to the final balance.
